With October 29th drawing ever nearing it is time to take a look at 3 more of songs slated to appear in the game.

This week: unicorns, beards and Germans!

Knights of Cydonia- Muse

Difficulty 6.5/10- A lot of the same for much of the song, while difficult in itself there is no solo that will destroy your mind, fingers and soul.

Drunk Fun Factor- 8/10- About the same amount of fun you will have watching the music video drunk and playing “remember all the movie references that occur”.

Will not include- Moonrankers

La Grange- ZZ Top

Difficulty- 8/10 –  Crazy solos and you do not have the power of beard to summon when playing the songs.

Drunk Fun Factor 9/10– Any person who doesn’t love ZZ Top has severe problems that only years and years of rehab will help. The only reason any points are taken off because it is not performed by ZZ Top for the game, and because you can’t spin your guitar in true ZZ Top style.

Will Not Include- CadZZilla

Rock You Like a Hurricane- Scorpions

Difficulty- 9/10- How this song escaped Guitar Hero 80s and found its way into this game I will never know, but it does share something in common with most 80s metal song. A insanely fast solo that is questionable whether it is really needed.

Drunk Fun Factor- 8/10– Again not the original band performing for the game, but I don’t feel that being much of a loss when it comes to the Scorpions. I apologize to the country of Germany in advance, when Karaoke Revolution uses a cover of a Davis Hasselhoff song for their game then I will show outrage.

Will Not Include- Model Berlin Wall.

The Scorpions: ugly band, or ugliest band?

We are Scorpions band! Rock you like hurricane!

3. Elric VIII Emperor of Melnibone - Monday, August 13, 2007

I can’t wait. I’m sure come Oct. 29, I’ll need the distraction.
