One of the great things about the advent of the Computer Age…
…is the democratization of music and the mixes that result.
Also: T.I.’s Paper Trail is out today, and though I suspect it’s really good from what I’ve heard, I may actually give it a full review when I do acquire it. And Cassidy, Scarface, Remy Ma, whatever this is, Murs, a live Kweli album, and Termanology’s Politics as Usual, which I’ll recommend without qualms.
And this deserves a couple minutes of your time.

Lauren and Whitney are at the gym, and Lauren is doing some weak punching with a trainer, while Whitney is sitting on a mat doing some curls. They talk about what happened with Stephanie and the trainer decides to give his opinon. He says that you doin’t go out with your friends exes and she should have a good excuse.

This episode opens in the morning with Johnny talking with Kenny, Paula, and Johanna about their alliance facing off against Rachel and her friends. After their discussion, Johnny goes into the kitchen to start cooking, which eventually leads to yet another argument with KellyAnne. After he calls an anorexic bitch, she tells him that the only reason he is still on The Island is because Abram quit. While Ev consoles her (watch those hands!), we see Robin and Derrick discussing a book on “Survival at Sea” and we learn that Robin is quite the capable sailor. We also see Rachel and Jenn talking about sending off the “newbie girls” first. Join me after the jump to see which alliance is successful.
